Super delicious food, also highly recommended as a delivery service.

Yesterday we ordered the vegan burgers in the menu for 3 people and drove across the Oberbergischer Kreis. In a styrofoam box that I had brought along, the burgers remained quite fresh. Burgers and fries were delicious. To get a liter bottle of Bluna per person in the menu was unexpectedly good. To have a muffin with milk, eggs and butter as dessert on the vegan menu was unfortunate. 🤔 Overall recommendable. Since the 5th star in the burger sector, for me, goes to places like “The Bird” in Cologne, I think 4 stars are absolutely justified and does justice to the BurgerWerk. Keep it up. Paying by PayPal in advance is possible and exemplary!

Simply to recommend! The meal was with us in 30 minutes and we come from Wiehl. The burgers were delicious and the fries were good too! The food arrived at a comfortable temperature. Always my pleasure! 😊

1st time ordered. A portion of french fries were not included. Bacon had gone out, so have Rösti burgers without bacon and instead of bacon fries, chilli fries. Still paid full price. Cheeseburgers were a little too salty. We found price performance too expensive. Even if a bottle of cola was added. A portion of french fries was definitely missing from the delivery.

Due to our positive experiences so far, we have decided to buy (order) three vouchers - ... and what can I say, I am always surprised by the timely, great and friendly service 👍 For everyone in the Engelskirchen area, I can only warmly recommend the Burgerwerk - not only as a source of food - ... also for those ... who are still looking for Christmas gifts (vouchers) 🙄 ... ours were delivered within about 30 minutes, nicely packaged and there were also three bottles of Waldmeister liqueur TOP ... please keep it up 👍

Delicious. Despite the delivery from Engelskirchen-Lindlar, the food arrived at edible temperatures (the fact that it is no longer hot is not really feasible on the route, but it is also completely ok). Gladly again!

Top! The burgers are just delicious. The fries in different variations as well! (Despite the fact that the food can only be delivered / picked up at the moment!) There are tasty treats, e.g. B. Cocktails! The food is well packaged, also arrives in edible temperatures. Staff is very friendly !! Had a complaint once because a portion of french fries was forgotten. Was immediately compensated with a voucher for a burger of your choice !! All in a nutshell: 5 stars are still not enough! All in all ... just fine!

Have ordered citizens menus for 6 people. Delivery took place exactly as indicated, despite the quantity. All 6 of us thought the citizens were really good. Bread very good enough sauce, great meat and good portion. French fries crispy. The menu has 1 liter of drink and a muffin. Really special and despite the slightly higher price range, more than recommended! Thank you

Very friendly service and delicious food. The restaurant was well decorated (Halloween) and our 3 year old little son got pens and a picture to color in. We'll be back for sure 😊

We tried the burger factory for the first time today, and pre-ordered for tonight yesterday evening. That worked perfectly. It would have been nice if the young lady had worn a mouth mask. The burgers as well as the fries tasted delicious (the fries weren't mushy, which is not so easy when delivering) I would have liked a little more lettuce and tomato on the burger given the price. Absolutely to suggest. It was definitely not our last order. Many Thanks

Very hard-working and nice staff. I think the quiet location on the edge of the forest is great and a very pleasant atmosphere. The only manco were the burgers. I also talked to one of the managing directors about it, I think. For me, burgers made from frozen burger patties are just out of the question. Maybe drunk after partying, but actually not even then. Then I could go out of McDonalds, and as a burger shop you really don't want to be compared with that. You can taste it immediately. He said they get the meat from a selected butcher in the region and they couldn't do it if the meat was fresh. In my opinion, I would rather offer other dishes than go into a hip burger shop at the expense of quality and taste and process frozen meat. There are solutions for this, especially if it is from the region. Then you just go shopping every 2 days and only buy enough that it is max. for 3 days is enough. Instead freshly grilled meat, which means a completely different taste and quality experience. Well my personal opinion. I'll be happy to come back when you're ready. Then there are also 5 stars :)

It always tastes very good, but the delivery service takes forever. Today we only got the food delivered 2 hours after our order.

Super delicious vegetarian burgers and fries! We had some waiting time because there was a lot going on. But we got a homemade iced tea as "compensation", which really wasn't necessary. All in all great service, nice staff and delicious food at a good price.
